Cancellations

Cancellations must be sent by email or fax and confirmed by the hotel. We require 48 hours minimum notice on low season bookings (cut-off 13:00 hrs) to avoid loss of deposit. We require 7 days minimum notice on high season bookings (27 Dec- 15 Jan) to avoid loss of deposit. Only 'Regular Rate' bookings are refundable.

Early Check-outs

We require 24 hours minimum notice (cut-off 13:00 hrs) to avoid a 1 night penalty payment.

No Shows

Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay.

For 'Regular Rate' bookings we accept a maximum of 2 rooms reserved under one name and one credit card. Check-out is 12:00 hrs, Check-in is 13:00 hrs. We do not permit casual guests in hotel bedrooms at any time. We issue refund instructions within 2 working days but it can take 5-28 days for your bank to re-credit your account.
