All rooms are NON-SMOKING Check-out is 12:00 hrs, Check-in is 15:00 hrs All rooms are fitted with energy saving devices. Clients will be held responsible for damage arising from misuse Any compensation for failure to provide the advertised services shall be at the discretion of the hotel We accept a child up to 8 years of age sharing a parents bed for a supplementary cost The hotel does not permit casual guests in hotel rooms at any time

Payments and cancellations

Regular rate bookings - confirmed by credit card details without charge/ 1n penalty will be charged if modified or cancelled within 24 hrs of date of arrival Prepay rate bookings - advance payment in full / non refundable / non changeable 24 hrs notice of early check-out (cut-off 12 noon) is required to avoid being charged for the cancelled nights Early check-out in high season or no-shows will be charged the total amount due for the reservation
