This beautiful beach villa belongs to the owners of Hotel Casa La Fe and is furnished to the standard of a private home. It is a thirty minute drive from Cartagena and part of a private gated community with extensive beach frontage. The villa overlooks the ocean and is immediately adjacent to an attractive communal swimming pool. There are two tennis courts, Games room, beach kiosks and you can walk or jog uninterrupted along the beach for at least ten kilometres. The thermal mud spa 'Volcan de Totumo' is also close-by and worth visiting. This area of the coast is now seeing much development (Donald Trump has just bought adjoining land for a golf-holiday complex) so the ambience will surely change.

 

the villa accommodates six persons in three double bedrooms and a mezzanine loft accessed from one of the bedrooms can accommodate a further two adults and/or Children. There are several shaded balconies and a roof-top terrace. The house has modern air-conditoning and satellite TV with many english channels. Our housekeeper is called Elsy; she is an excellent cook and will make you feel completely at home. The cost is $200 per person per day fully catered and we agree a meal plan with you in advance. We provide free transport between the hotel and villa and keep in daily contact by cellphone. Note that you must also have an hotel reservation in order to rent this property and the minimal rental period is 2 days.
