The property is located on the main Cartagena to Barranquilla coastal highway, 40 mins drive time from Cartagena and 50 mins from Barranquilla. It is set within a private and exclusive gated community. We have a housekeeper and cook in daily attendance and her services are included within the rental price. Balconies and terraces

The villa is set in a rich tropical landscape of Mango, Nispera, Guayanaba and Guayaba. It has several shaded balconies and a rooftop terrace and is situated directly in front of a large swimming pool and the beach is 100 metres distant.

Accommodations

The villa stands in a plot size of approx 550 m2 with a constructed area of 155 m2 and an additional 60 m2 of balconies/ terracing. The house is open-plan on the ground floor opening onto a verandah with a second outside dining area. Beach and Pools

The condominium has two large swimming pools, a number of beach kiosks and 400 yds beach frontage. The wind strength and direction over the winter months is very favourable for kite-boarding and surfing. You can walk or jog along the beach for approximately 10 kms without interruption.
