EXCLUSIVE BEACH VILLA - CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA

The property is located on the main Cartagena to Barranquilla coastal highway and thirty mins drive from Cartagena airport. It is set within a private and exclusive gated community. The property stands in a plot size of 5000 ft2 and the constructed area is 1650 ft2 with terraces and balconies adding an additional 750 ft2 (all sizes are approximate). The house was built in 1996 to a high standard, is in excellent condition and requires no repairs nor maintenance work. La villa esta ubicada solo a treinta minutos en carro del aeropuerto de Cartagena. Es un condominio cerrado, privado y exclusivo. El tamaño del lote de la villa es de 500 m2 y el area construida 153 m2 con terrazas y balcones que aumentan un area adicional de 70 m2. The villa is set in a rich tropical landscape of Mango, Nispera, Guayanaba and Guayaba. It has several shaded balconies and a rooftop terrace and is situated directly in front of a large immaculately kept swimming pool and the beach is 100 yards distant. La villa esta rodeada de un paisaje rico y tropical con arboles de Mango, Nispero, Guanabana y Palmas de Coco. Tiene terrazas con sombra en los dos niveles. Hay una piscina directamente en frente y la playa se encuentra a 50m desde la casa.

Accommodations

The villa is open-plan on the ground floor opening onto a verandah with outside dining area. The living area is air-conditioned. The upper floor contains three double bedrooms (master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and en-suite bathroom) and a mezzanine loft with additional accommodation. All rooms have individual controllable mini-split airconditioning units which are energy efficient and recently installed. The villa has live-in maid accommodation. La Villa esta en un plano-abierto en el primer nivel y se abre hacia una terraza y comedor afuera. El salon tiene aire acondicionado. El segundo piso tiene tres habitaciones y tres baños, una habitaciòn con baño interno y techo alto en madera y otra con un mezzanine. Cada habitacion tiene su propio aire acondicionado tipo mini-split. Todos los aire acondicionados son nuevos (Junio 2008). La villa tambien tiene un cuarto y baño de servicio.

Beach and Pools

The condominium has two large swimming pools, a number of beach kiosks and 400 yds beach frontage. The wind strength and direction over the winter months is very favourable for kite-boarding and surfing. You can walk or jog along the beach without interruption for over six miles. El condominio tiene dos piscinas grandes, algunos kioskos de playa y aproximadimente 400m de playa privada. La fuerza y direcciòn del viento durante los meses del verano es muy favorable para kite-boarding y surfing. Se puede caminar o correr por la orilla del mar por mas de ocho kilometros.
